Sometimes, no matter how much you want to create something, it just won't come out the way you envisioned it. It will come out as something else. So just let it go, accept it for what it is and move on.
Hope all is well with you. I 've been reading your blogs and plan to try painting with coffee. I haven't felt inspired lately , maybe it will get the creative juices flowing.
Really like the art you've been creating. I like that idea of painting with coffee. Should I make it strong to get a deeper richer color? I have acturally used coffee to tint pages in a book I am altering. But your post about it sparked the idea of making the coffee stronger. Also have you tried using mud? Jessie who is on my list and is at the Purple Cumcumber's Folk Art blog has painted with mud. You might of seen my post at Violette's about it in the past!
Thanks for the avacado info. Maybe I hadn't left it in the water long enough. I had it on toothpicks but I should just put them back on and wait longer for it to sprout.
I am sure you will find your Mo-Jo real soon. We'll have to shake your "sillies" out on Friday. Take good care and I am sending some creative vibes your way.
