Continuing the felt pendant series... The fir tree... or Christmas tree. In light blue.
I'm trying to find the perfect way to take photographs of my projects. I think that for the pendants, this frame works well. It can't be used as an actual frame because it is absurdly crooked but I've been holding on to it for years, hoping to find a new purpose for it. I do need to get better lighting (as I'm mostly taking evening/night photos.) And what do you think of book page? Too distracting or does it work as a background?

J'essaie de trouver la présentation parfaite pour photographier mes projets. Je pense que pour les pendentifs, ce cadre fonctionne bien. Il ne peut pas être utilisé comme un cadre réel parce qu'il est absurdement croche mais je le garde depuis des années, en espérant lui trouver une nouvelle fonction. Je dois me trouver un meilleur éclairage (puisque je prends surtout des photos de soir/nuit.) Et que pensez-vous de la page de livre? Trop distrayant ou est-ce que ça fonctionne comme fond?

Hi, Sophie! Cute pendant, and i like the frame as a backdrop! The book page isn't distracting because the pendant is nice and simple. But it might be too much with a busier pendant. I always struggle with lighting and backgrounds, isn't it tricky? I am now using 2 bulbs coming from 2 directions, it seems to help. And I set my camera on a 'candlelight' setting to get the most light possible.
